Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

Concrete Capital (“Concrete Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, or use an authorized administrative or investor portal (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, email address, optional phone number, company, and other contact details.
  • Your reason for contacting us and information about property type, location, acreage, budget, pricing, timeline, development goals, or other details included in a message.
  • Property, deal, buyer, seller, and contact information entered by authorized users of our internal tools.
  • Account information used to administer access to the administrative or investor portal. Authentication credentials are processed by our authentication provider.
  • Communications and requests you send to our team.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, referring page, diagnostic information, and security events.

Cookies and local storage

The Services may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, remember limited interface preferences, protect accounts, and support core site functionality.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and discuss potential acquisition, disposition, development, brokerage, consulting, or partnership needs.
  • Evaluate properties, investment criteria, and development opportunities.
  • Create and manage lead, buyer, seller, contact, deal, and account records.
  • Provide and administer authorized access to the administrative and investor portals.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use vendors that help provide hosting, databases, authentication, mapping, security, analytics, and related technical services. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, and Mapbox.
  • Professional and transaction support. We may share information with attorneys, accountants, engineers, contractors, brokers, consultants, municipalities, title professionals, lenders, or other parties when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a potential engagement or transaction.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, accounts, or the integrity of the Services.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
  • At your direction. We may disclose information with your consent or at your request.

We do not sell or rent personal information for money, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or interact with services operated by third parties. For example, our newsletter link directs visitors to Substack, and maps are provided through Mapbox. A third party’s collection and use of information is governed by its own privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business and transaction records, provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you by contacting us at the address below. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings, although disabling them may prevent account or portal features from working. Newsletter subscriptions are managed by Substack and can be cancelled using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter email.

Because there is no universal standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the public website does not currently respond to them. The Services do not use personal information for cross-site targeted advertising.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults and business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. United States processing

Concrete Capital is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means the revised policy will apply to subsequent use.
